Council’s Aged and Disability Services provides a range of services aimed at meeting the needs of Mosman residents who are older. We are staffed by professionals and supported by trained volunteers.

Seniors Centre An excellent location to meet for a tea or coffee, play cards, dance, learn the computer, and many other activities. Open weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
Meals on Wheels Servicing our community for more than forty years, Meals on Wheels not only provides low cost nutritious meals, but also a support network through visiting people who might otherwise be isolated.
Community Restaurant The perfect place to catch up with friends and enjoy a three course meal every Tuesday and Friday is the Community Restaurant. Transport is available if required.
Neighbour Aid The Neighbour Aid Program provides companionship to members of our community. Through regular visits, volunteers assist in everyday activities and provide opportunities for people to enjoy life and maintain interests.
Community Transport Individual and Group Transport is provided to the frail older people and younger people with disabilities who are unable to use public transport.
