Meals on Wheels
We deliver nutritious meals to the residents of Mosman who are frail aged or have a disability (and their carers) to assist them to live independently in their own homes.
We are a flexible service offering both short and long term assistance.
We offer a variety of meals, soups, desserts and juices. Meals are prepared by qualified catering staff in accordance with Australian Dietary Guidelines and we can cater for special dietary needs, with low fat, gluten free, diabetic and pureed meals available.
Chilled, frozen, hot meals and salads are available Monday to Friday. Sandwiches are available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
