Pests and Weeds

Invasive species – plants and animals – that have entered Australia from elsewhere, and which now cause economic, social or environmental harm.

  • Weeds

    Plants that must be controlled or removed. These include weeds declared noxious in Mosman as well as plants on the Environmental Weed List.

  • Rabbits

    Feral rabbits cause damage to property and the environment. Both Council and private occupiers have a responsibility to control these pests.
