'On the River Bank' by Kerry Lester
2008 marks the 10th birthday of the Mosman Art Gallery and the annual exhibition, Artists of Mosman: 2088 will be an important part of the Gallery’s celebration. Each year the 2088 exhibition features a diverse range of recent artworks produced by artists living and working in Mosman and members of the Mosman Art Gallery.
The exhibition includes painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, sculpture and ceramics, and many of the works are for sale.
As in the previous year, works from the exhibition may be purchased for the Mosman Art Collection, as a means of acknowledging and preserving the contribution of local artists to Mosman’s rich cultural heritage.
