Find out about the Internet – how to get online, search for information, email friends, shop, bank, plan a holiday, access stock market prices, and more.

The session cost is $49.50 ($27.50 for pensioners and students).

This 1 hour Introduction to the Internet session includes:

  • browsing and searching the Web
  • email
  • notes
  • individual attention in one-to-one sessions by trained Library staff

Library resources

Mosman Library has a selection of books dealing with computers and software, from overviews of operating systems such as Windows, Unix and Mac OS, to books about applications like Microsoft Office, MYOB, Photoshop and Flash. There is also a selection of resources on CD-ROM, dealing with popular software like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Mosman Library also subscribes to magazines such as Australian PC User, Australian Personal Computer, Australian PC World and Computer Choice. Latest issues can be viewed at the Library, and borrowed once the next issue is out.
