Mosman Library staff members are available to assist with all your information requests.
You can access resources both within and from outside the Library. These include encyclopedias, specialised reference books, serials, online databases and CD-ROMs.
Community Information Information about community organisations, community-based services, sport and leisure activities, cultural programs, health services and education.
Electronic resources Search online information resources for text and images. Databases provide full-text newspaper and magazine articles, reference works, genealogy records and science and health information.
eBooks and eAudiobooks Browse on the web or download time-delimited eBooks to your PC, laptop or PDA for offline reading.
Language courses Whether you’re new to the English language or want to build on your existing abilities, these courses offer learning opportunities for everyone.
Legal information From simple plain language guides and pamphlets to legal texts and more complex primary materials.
Drug information Up to date information about alcohol and drugs. Resources are selected and regularly updated by specialist staff at the State Library in consultation with experts in the field.
Business resources Available at Mosman Library are the resources to satisfy all of your entrepreneurial and business needs.
Genealogy Located in the Mosman Room, The Family History Collection consists of birth, death and marriage records for all Australian States, as well as cemetery registers, electoral rolls, probate indexes, shipping records, handbooks and directories.
