Mosman Council’s Traffic and Transport Team is responsible for conditions on local roads in Mosman. Contact Council to report hazardous traffic conditions on local roads.
The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) is responsible for the Arterial and Regional Roads in Mosman (Military Road, Spit Road, Bradleys Head Road, Ourimbah Road, Spofforth Street and Macpherson Street).

Reporting traffic concerns

Traffic schemes are considered by the Mosman Traffic Committee which meets every two months in the Mosman Council Chambers. The agenda and minutes for meetings can be found on this website. The Traffic Committee is made up of representatives from the RTA, NSW Police, State Parliament and Council.

Mosman Council is a member of the Shore Regional Organisation of Councils (SHOROC). This organisation is made up of Manly, Mosman, Pittwater and Warringah Councils. SHOROC is a body which coordinates issues with a regional significance, which also extends for transport issues which affect the Warringah Peninsular.
