Beach, foreshore, reserve and wharf carparks
Council has installed a Pay and Display system at Balmoral, Clifton Gardens, Rosherville, and Spit West and East car parks. Visitors to these reserves must purchase a ticket from the machines at each car park and display the ticket on the dashboard of their vehicle at regulated times.
