NSW Planning System Review underway and Government seeking input
In August 2011, the Department of Planning & Infrastructure announced a major review of the planning system in NSW.
Following consultation at 150 community forums and stakeholder meetings, the Planning Review Panel has now released an Issues Paper, which reflects matters raised during the consultation process.
The Panel is seeking responses to the Paper, to prepare its final proposal for a new planning system in NSW. Submissions close on 17 February 2012.
