Royal North Shore Hospital
Since 1888 RNS has cared for sick and injured people on Sydney’s North Shore and, increasingly, for those from across New South Wales who require high level care and treatment. Since 1903, when the hospital moved to its current location, the campus has constantly evolved to meet the community’s healthcare needs.
Now our population is growing and an older demographic is emerging. People are living longer with chronic and complex conditions. We need to embrace new technologies and innovative ways of caring for patients. To achieve this, your contemporary new Acute Services Building had the latest technology, welcoming patient care areas and pleasant work environments for staff.
