Section 149 Certificates
S.149 certificates can be obtained from Council using this application form:
The cost for certificates is:
- $40 for s.149 (2) certificate – provides information required by Regulation.
- $100 for s.149 (2) and (5) certificate (full certificate) – provides additional information.
Usually a certificate will be issued between 3 to 5 working days.
An urgency fee applies if required within 24 hours.
