Local Heritage Assistance Fund
You are encouraged to apply for funding through Local Heritage Assistance Fund if your house is Heritage listed or it is located within a Heritage Conservation Area and you plan to do maintenance work or to reinstate missing original features – such as fences, verandahs, decorative details and more.
Council can offer small $ for $ grants of up to $3000 per Heritage Item and up to $1000 for properties located within a Heritage Conservation Area under the Mosman Local Environmental Plan 1998.
Council calls for applications every year. The next call for applications is scheduled for September 2008.
