The high mobility of Mosman’s residents can pose challenges for new residents and Council alike.
According to the 2011Census, of the total resident population of Mosman of 27,452 people, 31.7% had moved to Mosman from outside the municipality between 2006 and 2011. 10.9% had moved from another country, 2.7% had moved from another state in Australia, and 17.8% from another part of NSW.
The Connections Playgroup is a playgroup session facilitated by experienced staff in a fun and creative environment. The aim of the sessions is to provide opportunities for parents/carers to develop social connections, particularly new residents.
