Social Support

Please note: Council continues to offer this service to residents in need, with appropriate hygiene and social distancing measures in place.

Mosman Council Community Care provides a range of services for older adults, people living with disabilities and their carers living in Mosman and neighbouring areas of Cremorne and Neutral Bay. Some of our programs are funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program. CHSP is a government initiative subsidising services to older adults needing low-level assistance to remain living independently in their own home.
