Mosman gives generously to Barnardos

Nearly 400 gifts were donated to Barnardos by Mosman residents for the 2017 Mosman Christmas Gift Appeal.
“An amazing 397 gifts were left under our Christmas tree this year which is a wonderfully generous gesture by our community,” Mayor Carolyn Corrigan said.
“The gifts will be distributed to Australian children who are living in challenging and difficult family situations and will help ensure they share the joy of Christmas.”
Now in its 11th year, the Barnardos Gifts for Kids Christmas Gift Appeal aims to ensure that Australia’s most disadvantaged children can share the happiness of the festive season.
The Mosman Christmas Gift Appeal provides an opportunity for residents to connect with and participate in community life.
